Event space for the whole community

Parson Drove Village Hall is the hub for all thing community. Our weekly groups, such as Coffee mornings, Table Tennis, Ballet, Bowls, Sewing and RAOB Buffs are the backbone of the hall. Providing great value for money, wonderful conversation and a safe space to have fun. Don't forget our regular bingo and quiz nights, where some great little prizes can be won. 

Amenities'95, the committee that run the Village Hall also put on bigger events throughout the year. 2026 we have a Car Show as usual, Sausage supper (watch social media for updates)  Halloween disco and our Santa Christmas event.

Here is some information if you are thinking of booking the venue.

You will need to sign a booking form and agree to our terms and conditions.

• There is a vacuum cleaner for your use.
• There is a cleaning cupboard to the right of the gent's toilets where you can find mops if required. Please make sure you use the correct mop for the job.
• We do not supply Tea towels or dish cloths.
• Please do not use balloons with confetti inside. (if you must, please take them away with you)
• Please pop all balloons before putting in the bin.
• All recyclable items go in the blue recycling bins.
• General waste goes into the big green bin.
• The bins are located in the front carpark.
• Please replace the black sack in the hall waste bins (new black sacks can be found in the kitchen)
• Please do not use the dishwasher, this is for the clubs and groups use only.
• NB our alcohol licence forbids us to allow people to bring their own alcohol onto the premises for consumption.
• Leave the premises clean and tidy this includes the toilets and carpark.
• Please consider local residents when leaving the venue.
• Venue must be vacated by midnight unless by special arrangement.
• Any unreasonable cleaning cost incurred will be passed on to you.
• The building must be secure when leaving, check all fire doors are secure and return keys as instructed.

9 round table 54" diameter

9 long table 8' X 2'6"

9 ling tables 6' x 2'6"

100 chairs

Table cloths are available to hire (deposit required) all linen must me laundered before returning.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen for you use included in the hire charge

The Kitchen must be left clean and surfaces clear.

Cleaning service

We offer a cleaning service (if available) at a cost of £45.00 minimum 3 hours then £15 per hour.

Licenced bar

We do not allow you to bring your own alcohol onto the premises however, we do have a licensed bar.

2 bar staff £25.00 an hour + £25.00 + one hour to clear away

3 bar staff £37.50 an hour + £37.50 + one hour to clear away

3 bar staff are required for groups of 100

Amplifier and Microphone

Deposit required persons must be over 18 to use this equipment.
